Manage Users
The Manage Users sub-tab enables you to perform the following tasks:
Add Users
To add a user to a project:
Click the Add button. The Select Analyst User modal appears.
Depending on how you configured task allocation in your project, the interface you see may differ. If you have enabled User Affinity in Advanced Project Settings > Task Allocation Methods, you will be able to assign specific users to particular affinity fields. For more information on working with this modal, see Task Allocation Methods.
If you do not have user affinity enabled, the Select Analyst User modal appears.Click to select the team members to whom you want to assign the Level-1 role.
If you have other roles that you created for your project, such as Quality Analyst, Editor, and so on, the modal offers a Next button, so you can navigate to the next step and click to select users that you want to associate to the next role. The modal continues to offer Next buttons until you have assigned users to all roles. Otherwise, the button reads Submit.
Click the Pre button to move to the previous role to which you just assigned users. You can thus use the Next and Pre buttons to review and update all your role assignments until you are ready to submit your assignments.
Note:None of these assignments is mandatory; but you must make at least one assignment to be able to submit the form.
You can assign only one role to one user.
Click Submit to complete adding users to your project.
Delete Users
Deleting a user from a project does not delete the user from Taskmonk. For details on managing users in Taskmonk, see Configuring Users.
To delete--or remove--a user from a project, select the user and click Delete. Click Yes in the confirmation modal that appears, to delete the user.

Use the Import Users option to use file-based data import to add multiple users simultaneously.
To import users:

Manage Targets
Use the Manage Targets tab to:
Set Project Target Dates
To set a target date for a project, click the Calendar icon adjacent to the Target Date field and select the target date from the date picker that appears.
Search User Target by Date
Use the Search User Target by Date tab to search for targets that were assigned to users for the target date. This feature enables you to see the number of tasks that you assigned to each user, the number of tasks that the user completed, the number pending, and the SLA specified per task.
To search for user targets by project target date, click the Calendar icon adjacent to the Target Date field and select the target date from the date picker that appears. If you had specified any target on that date, the target details appear.
When you first set targets, you do so at the project role level. Therefore, all labelers have the same target and SLA numbers. To update the target number of tasks that you want to assign to a specific project user, click the Edit Classes icon adjacent to the user whose details you want to edit. The Edit User Target modal appears.
Update the Target (number of tasks) and SLA (seconds/task) as required and click Update.
Set Project Targets
Set user targets to set project-related goals for users by user type. For example, you could specify that each analyst user must complete a certain number of tasks by the target date specified, and take no more than a certain number of seconds to complete each task.
To set project targets for user types:
Click the Set Project Target button. The Add User Target modal appears.
The Add User Target modal lists out all the user types created for your project, and enables you to set targets and task SLAs by user type. For each user type created in your project:
Enter the Target number of tasks that users of that user type must complete (per day, in an hour, or in a project).
Use the SLA field to specify the maximum number of seconds that this user type can take to complete a task.
Click Save to add these targets to your project.
Other Users
Use the Other Users section to grant project or organizational roles to specific users. These roles are valid only within the project. Therefore, these roles can be assigned only to users who have already been added to the project.
To grant a role to a user who is not already a part of the project:
Click the Org Roles field to select the role that you want to manage.
Click the Org users to select the users to whom you want to grant the role that you selected in the Org Roles field.

The role that you selected is now assigned to the specified users, and they appear in a left pane in the page. To remove a user from a project, click the Delete button adjacent to the user’s name and click OK in the confirmation message that appears.
Assigned Tasks
Use the Assigned Tasks tab to view and unlock active tasks that are assigned to specific users. Once a user takes up a task, it appears here, and is locked for other users.
