New Features

• Taxonomy description search: A new advanced setting, taxonomy_description_search, is now available for taxonomy-based projects.

  When enabled (true), it includes the description field in keyword searches, making it easier to find relevant terms. This is particularly useful for projects with detailed descriptions where keywords may not be directly in the taxonomy name. By default, this setting is disabled (false).

• Annotation comment: Annotation-level comments have been introduced for image, video and NER annotation projects to enhance task clarity and feedback accuracy.

  Reject Task along with annotation level comments, allows users to provide specific reasons for rejection, ensuring clear communication and quality control.

• Entity Grouping in NER: Annotators can now create and assign groups to annotated entities within NER tasks, enhancing organization and management of labeled data.

   This new feature streamlines the workflow by allowing more precise categorization of entities, facilitating better collaboration and analysis.

• Auto Save feature: We've introduced an auto-save feature to enhance your experience with text-based projects.

  Now, your data is automatically saved to browser storage, preventing loss of information in case of accidental closures, system restarts, or navigation away from the task page.

• Email exported output file link: We’ve added a new feature that sends a notification email to all stakeholders with a download link once a batch is exported. This ensures that project admins don't need to wait for the export to finish in the UI and prevents multiple downloads by different admins, streamlining the export process.
