  2. Tools of DICOM:

    image-20241204-083511.png

a. Explore model (HAND): Enables navigation and exploration of the model without making modifications.

b. Get voxel intensity (INTENSITY): Retrieves the intensity value of a selected voxel in the model.

c. Measure distance between voxels (DISTANCE): Calculates the distance between two selected voxels.

d. Measure angle between voxels (ANGLE): Determines the angle formed between three selected points.

e. Calculate polygon area (AREA): Computes the area of a drawn polygon in the model.

f. Calculate rectangular area (RECT): Measures the area of a rectangular region drawn on the model.

g. Add annotation text (TEXT): Allows descriptive text annotations to be added to the model.

h. Edit annotation (EDIT): Provides tools to modify existing annotations.

i. Clear all annotations (CLEAR): Removes all annotations from the model at once.

j. Delete annotation object (DELETE): Deletes a selected annotation object.

  1. 2D tools

    image-20241204-100805.png

a. Show slices along the X-axis (SAGGITAL): Displays sagittal slices of the model, allowing inspection along the X-axis.

b. Show slices along the Y-axis (CORONAL): Displays coronal slices of the model, enabling inspection along the Y-axis.

c. Show slices along the Z-axis (TRANSVERSE): Displays transverse (axial) slices of the model, facilitating inspection along the Z-axis.

  1. To Annotate

    1. Select the tool from the top-right corner and choose the required class markup area for annotation. Then, click the left mouse button to complete the annotation.

  2. Zoom Functions

    image-20241204-102508.png

    1. Zoom-in: The zoom-in functionality in annotation allows users to magnify a specific area of an image.

    2. Zoom out: The zoom-out functionality in annotation allows users to reduce the magnification of an image.

    3. Zoom to default: The "zoom to default" functionality in annotation resets the view to the original or default zoom level.

  1. Footer Actions:
