New Features & Enhancement

New Features

  • Taxonomy search result displays singular & plural words : The search feature now seamlessly handles both singular and plural product names ensuring that the list displays relevant sub-categories for both conditions, enabling users to access all the results associated with the search word.

For example – If the user searches for "chair" or "chairs" "teeth" or "tooth" the list will display the appropriate sub-categories related to the search term.

  • Input received or imported batches in the project by day, week and month report : Taskmonk empowers administrators to generate billing reports quickly and effortlessly, eliminating the need for manual gathering of information.

The report provides clear visibility of each batch within a project. With the enhanced billing report, administrators can easily visualize and understand the progress and status of each batch within a project.

This update saves valuable time, increases efficiency, and enables admins to share comprehensive billing reports with clients.

  • Process logic for Parallel Method : Administrators now have the option to use a percentage-based rule for evaluating task results. Instead of requiring all output fields to be identical, administrators can define a rule stating that if a partial or specified percentage of output fields match among users, the task will pass the majority vote.

Previously, all output fields with the identical results were considered for a task to pass the majority vote.

For example – administrators can set a rule stating that if at least five out of seven output fields match among users, the task will pass the majority vote.

  • Visible names in a projects must be unique : This new feature prevents duplicate names from appearing in the output field.

Now, visible names are guaranteed to be unique from the input field. This enhancement ensures better clarity and prevents any conflicts of output fields.

  • Task Allocation Control : Introducing a powerful feature that gives the Project Admin complete control of task allocation within the projects.

Under the Kebab menu (3-dots) in the Projects page, the toggle for Task Allocation is provided. Each project can now be toggled On/Off every defined execution level. Project Admins can easily enable or disable task allocation for each level, based on specific business requirements.

When a user from the disabled level attempts to "Get task," a helpful message notifies the user stating "Task allocation disabled". This ensures clear communication to users, making them aware that the tasks are currently unavailable for that particular execution level.
