Learn how to do Multiple batch-splitting in Taskmonk

  1. Click on Projects at the top of the page

  2. Click on Manage Datasets button under Manage

  1. Add Batch in the Datasets tab

  1. Click on Import under Task(Import/export)

  2. Enable multiple batch splits to divide the task into various batches.

    You can see the following batch details

  • Batch Name

  • Batch Limit

  1. Editing the batch name is optional, and the batch limit is the maximum number of tasks a batch can have

    7. Add batch limit to split the tasks

a. Choose the import file to import the tasks

b. Click on Import

8. If user imports 100 tasks from a file with a batch limit of 30, then the first batch will have 30 tasks, the second batch will also have 30 tasks, but the third batch will have 40 tasks.

9. If the existing batch name is "Split," then the first batch name will become "Split_1_30," the second will become "Split_31_60," and the third will become "Split_61_100." These names will be generated from the backend.
