Log into Taskmonk and click the Configuration icon in the top-right section of the Home page.
The Taskmonk Configuration page appears, with the Roles tab displayed by default.
Click the Users tab to display the Users page.
Click the Delete Deactivate User button icon adjacent to the user ID that you want to deactivate.
A confirmation message modal appears.Click Yes to deactivate the user.

Select the check box adjacent to the deactivated users that you want to activate and click the Activate User button on the right side of the page.
