Managing Project Input and Output Fields

Updating Input Field Details

  1. Click the Input Field tab to display the Input Field UI.

  2. By default, Taskmonk sets the field type to Image. To edit this:

    1. Click the Edit Field Name icon next to MediaUrl. Name textbox text-box appears.

    2. Change the Field Name .Click and click the Update Field Name icon to save the changes.

    3. Click Change the Field Type dropdown and set it to Document.

Annotating NER Assertion

Your project is now ready for work.

  1. Log in as a Transcription Analyst and click the My Tasks icon at the top of the page. The Tasks page appears.

  2. Click the Get Tasks button adjacent to the project you wish to work on.
    The labeling UI associated with this project appears.

  1. To annotate text:

    1. Expand the assertions lists and select appropriate assertions from the list.

    2. Select the word or phrase you wish to identify as a named assertion.

    3. For multiple Assertions, right-click on the entity of the selected word text to view all the available entities and assertions.

    4. Select the appropriate assertions from the list by clicking the check box.

  1. To capture a NER Relationship:

    1. Press the Control key and click on a labeled named assertion.

    2. A line originating from the assertion appears. Click on a related named assertion.

    3. The Relation selection dialog appears. Select the required relation.

  1. Submit & Get Next Task to submit the current task and load the next task.

  2. Save & Exit to save the work done without submitting and return to the My Tasks page.

  3. Skip & Get Next Task to skip the current task without saving the result data and load the next task.

  4. Submit Task & Exit to submit the current task and return to the My Tasks page.
