To access the projects page, click the Projects button icon in the Taskmonk main menutop-right section of the Home page.

The Taskmonk projects page lists out all your projects and offers the following key controls that enable you to perform key tasks associated with each project.

  • Active: Click this tab to view all your active projects.

  • Archived: Click this tab to view all your archived projects.

  • Project Search: Use this field at (in the top-right section of the page) to search for projects to which you have access.

  • Projects Table: Displays details associated with your projects.

    • ID: List the unique ID used to identify your projects. Click on the column name to sort projects by ID.

    • Project Name: Lists the name of your projects. Click the Sort icon adjacent to it column name to sort projects by name.

    • Labeling Process: Lists the process that is used in each project. Click the Sort icon adjacent to column nameit to sort projects based on the processes they use.

    • Manager: Lists the user ID of the project’s manager.

    • DatasetsManage: Offers links that enable you to manage the datasets and users associated with each project.

    • Reports: Offers links to access reports about your projects.

    • Actions: Offers a list of actions that you can perform on the project. These options vary depending upon your access permissions on the project.

      • If you are a manager-level project member, the following options appear:

        • Add New Message: Enables you to send a message to all team members associated with a project. For step-by step information on doing soTo know more, see Sending Messages to Project Team Members.

        • Export Project: Enables you to export a project with all its associated artifacts. For step-by-step information on doing soTo know more, see Exporting projects.

        • Archive Project: Enables you to archive a project. For step-by-step information on doing soTo know more, see Archiving Projects.

      • If you are an annotator or quality analyst, the following options appear:

        • View Docs: Enables you to view documentation associated with the project.

        • Get Skipped Task: Enables you to view and work on project tasks that you had previously skipped.
