• layer-wise Actual SLA vs Achieved SLA :This functionality presents a visual representation of the "SLA" versus the "Actual SLA" metrics for all users at every execution level within the tenant's section and for all projects within a specified time frame. It enables effortless tracking of the SLA performance of projects and identification of areas that require improvement. By comparing the SLA target with the actual SLA achieved, it's easy to assess whether the team is meeting its objectives. This feature streamlines the monitoring of SLA and enhances project management processes.Layer-wise utilization graph : Under the Tenant Reports" section of the platform, this feature provides an average utilization report that calculates average utilization across projects by execution level within a specified date range. This enables simple monitoring of team resources utilization across various projects and execution levels. By comparing level wise user average utilisation statistics, potential bottlenecks can be easily identified, and resource allocation can be optimized on the go. This new functionality helps streamline resource management and enhance project delivery processesImage rotate buttons :The image can be rotated at 90 degree intervals in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Option to reset rotation is also given.

• Non admin users must be able to create tasks(Mobile app) : This features enables uploading of images/audio by non-admin users. A non-admin user with just COMPUTATION privilege can upload the media files into a batch. He/she does not require any batch permissions to perform this operation.
