  1. Log into Taskmonk and click the Configuration icon at the top-right section of the Home page.

    The Taskmonk Configuration page appears, with the Roles tab displayed by default.

  2. Click the Users tab to display the Users page.

  3. Click the Delete User button adjacent to the user ID that you want to deactivate.
    A confirmation message appears.

  4. Click Yes to deactivate the user.
