  1. Log into Taskmonk and click the (blue star) Configuration button at the top-right section of the Home page.

    The Taskmonk Configuration page appears, with the Roles tab displayed by default.

  2. Click the Users tab. The Taskmonk Users page appears.

  3. Click the Create User button to add a user to Taskmonk.
    The Create User modal appears.

  4. Enter a User Name for the new user in the field provided.

  5. Enter the new user’s First Name and Last Name.

  6. Select the Male or Female options as appropriate to specify the gender of the new user.

  7. Enter the Email of the new user in the field provided.

  8. Enter the Location from which the new user will work.

  9. Enter any Tags as appropriate to classify the user.

  10. Click the Roles field and, from the drop-down list that appears, select the role that you want to assign to the new user.

  11. Click Add User to complete adding the user, or click Cancel at any time to cancel the addition.
